Good Riddance I say. I will be sad to see Jarmon go but from what I 've read he seems to be a victim of the 3/4 shift.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7326101918487760203.post-50486017846946494392010-08-30T15:44:47.473-04:002010-08-30T15:44:47.473-04:00They need to keep 10 OL, it's too long a year....They need to keep 10 OL, it's too long a year. Problem is, Holliday has been getting a ton of snaps and has spent a fair amount of time overpowering two blockers at once to open up stunt lanes for Haynesworth. He's looked pretty good. So Jarmon has a chance but its not looking likely. If it's any consolation, I think he showed last year that he can definitely play at the NFL level, so if he gets cut he should get picked up somewhere. If he doesn't survive he would purely be a victim of the scheme change.

As for Robert Henson, I wouldn't be too surprised if he made it. Remeber I have us down for 4 tailbacks, 6 WRs, and 3 QBs. Wouldn't be shocking to go with one less at any of those positions (although maybe not QB given McNabb's questionable ankle), and if we do Henson might well be the beneficiary of that extra roster spot.

Young and Cook are both very young and raw, and if they go through waivers I doubt another team would commit to keeping them on their active roster. So we could probably get them onto the practice squad if we wanted to.

As for Carter, if Kareem Moore heals slower than expected he has a chance. If the team had any faith in Lendy Holmes then Carter never would have been signed (Russell appears to just be roster filler). But assume the timetable given for Moore's recovery is accurate I see no need for a 4th safety.Dave Ohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17448210239997319388noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7326101918487760203.post-7171420075268591072010-08-30T09:51:42.900-04:002010-08-30T09:51:42.900-04:00Good post!

Furrey already said that he's out for the year with concussions, so he's out. Galloway has always been a lock right behind Moss.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10927878933458959311noreply@blogger.com
